Why is the picture is blurred?
Some of the bandwidths are not very strong and the picture can appear to be blurred on a few channels. If this happens when you watch full screen then only view in the minimized screen.
Why does the picture freeze?
This can happen when you first load a channel it can take a little while to settle down. Just give it time to buffer. Remember it is having to be saved by your computer before it can be seen ,this is an on going process.
It can depend on how powerful your computer is, on how efficiently this is done.
